The 7/2017 Citizen Participation Act in Andalusia intends to the regulation of the right to public participation in the decision-making of regional and local public affairs in Andalusia, under conditions of equality, in a real and effective way, either directly or through the citizen participation entities in which citizenry is integrated, as well as the promotion of its exercise within the legal framework established by the Constitution, the Statue of Autonomy of Andalucía and EU treaties.
