El fin es poder garantizar la veracidad de las conclusiones extra\u00eddas, as\u00ed como el grado de aceptaci\u00f3n de las recomendaciones y estrategias definidas en la Agenda 21. Por otro lado, la metodolog\u00eda a seguir para el desarrollo e implantaci\u00f3n de una Agenda 21 Local se basa en la consecuci\u00f3n de una serie de fases de trabajo, cuidadosamente planificadas, que conduzcan a la obtenci\u00f3n de conclusiones relevantes y determinantes de la gesti\u00f3n ambiental municipal m\u00e1s adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>PASOS ha estado trabajando durante nueve meses en la primera fase de este proceso en el municipio granadino de Atarfe, el Diagn\u00f3stico Ambiental Municipal. Se hizo a trav\u00e9s de diversas t\u00e9cnicas: entrevistas individuales, grupales, actividades en colegios e institutos, actividades de calle y foros participativos. De esta manera, se ha desarrollado un proceso en el que se le ha dado voz a todas las personas. Una labor de interpretaci\u00f3n de la realidad que han realizado los distintos actores sociales de Atarfe, y que integra diversos puntos de vista y opiniones.
