El Ayuntamiento de Marbella desarroll\u00f3 durante 2016 una experiencia piloto de Presupuestos participativos, mediante la cual la ciudadan\u00eda decidir\u00eda el destino, a trav\u00e9s de una votaci\u00f3n directa y vinculante, una parte del presupuesto municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La partida presupuestaria que\u00a0se acord\u00f3 someter a presupuestos participativos fueron 2.000.000\u20ac. A tal fin, la ciudad se dividi\u00f3 en cinco zonas geogr\u00e1ficas que servir\u00edan de base al proceso: Marbella Este, Marbella Oeste, Nueva Andaluc\u00eda, Las Chapas y San Pedro Alc\u00e1ntara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estas zonas ser\u00edan la base del proceso con el fin de cumplir una doble misi\u00f3n:
1. Desarrollar en cada una de ellas un Grupo Motor abierto y compuesto por todo aquel ciudadano o ciudadana que quisiera colaborar en la organizaci\u00f3n del proceso.
2. Dividir el dinero asignado en cada una de las cinco zonas, asegurando as\u00ed que repercuten en toda la ciudad. La distribuci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 atendiendo al criterio poblacional de cada zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los Presupuestos Participativos se desarrollaron seg\u00fan el siguiente calendario:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Julio<\/strong>
– Presentaci\u00f3n de los Presupuestos Participativos y encuentros de constituci\u00f3n de grupos motores (del 25 al 29).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Septiembre<\/strong>
– Recogida de propuestas online (del 1 al 22).
– Reuniones de grupos motores para preparar el lanzamiento de las asambleas de propuestas (a partir de 5).
– Asambleas de propuestas de zona (a partir del 26).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Octubre<\/strong>
– Sistematizaci\u00f3n de propuestas recibidas (del 1 al 7).
– Estudio de viabilidad (del 7 de octubre al 7 de noviembre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noviembre<\/strong>
– Presentaci\u00f3n del Informe de viabilidad (del 8 al 11).
– Difusi\u00f3n.
