La ciudad cuenta con un amplio cat\u00e1logo patrimonial, donde destacan la Torre de C\u00e1rdenas, construida entre el&nbsp;siglo XVI y el XVII; la Iglesia parroquial&nbsp;de Santa Mar\u00eda, del siglo XVI o Cortijo&nbsp;de las Mascaranas&nbsp;(actual ayuntamiento), del siglo XIX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las competencias de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana del&nbsp;<strong>Ayuntamiento de Hu\u00e9rcal de Almer\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;se enmarcan en el&nbsp;<strong>\u00c1rea de la Tercera Edad, Atenci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ayuntamientohuercaldealmeria.com\/datos-africa-obispo-perez\/\">p\u00e1gina web del consistorio<\/a>, la persona responsable es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u00c1frica Obispo P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, Concejala Delegada del \u00c1rea de Tercera Edad, Atenci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Ayuntamiento de Hu\u00e9rcal de Almer\u00eda.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es especialmente destacable el proceso participativo <strong>\u00abPlan Estrat\u00e9gico Hu\u00e9rcal de Almer\u00eda Smart 2020-2025\u00bb<\/strong> que se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo en la ciudad de Hu\u00e9rcal de Almer\u00eda.
