Esta localidad malague\u00f1a divide su casco urbano a ambos lados del Tajo, un desfiladero de m\u00e1s de 150 metros de profundidad por d\u00f3nde discurre el r\u00edo Guadalev\u00edn. Su casco antiguo est\u00e1 declarado Bien de Inter\u00e9s Cultural.
