Cuenta con una poblaci\u00f3n de 20.438 habitantes. Limita con los municipios granadinos de Caniles, C\u00fallar, Benamaurel, Cortes de Baza, Z\u00fajar, Freila, Guadix (por el enclave de B\u00e1cor), Gor y D\u00f3lar (por el enclave de El Raposo), y con los municipios almerienses de Alc\u00f3ntar, G\u00e9rgal, Nacimiento, Las Tres Villas, Abla y Fi\u00f1ana. Por su t\u00e9rmino municipal discurren los r\u00edos Guardal y Gallego.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para el Ayuntamiento de Baza, la Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana se trata de establecer canales de comunicaci\u00f3n y puentes de relaci\u00f3n entre el Ayuntamiento y los ciudadanos, de manera que se asegure que la voluntad de \u00e9stos se corresponde con las actuaciones municipales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las competencias de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana del <\/span><b>Ayuntamiento de Baza<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se enmarcan en el <\/span><b>\u00c1rea de Empresa, Empleo y Emprendimiento, Economi\u0301a, Contratacio\u0301n y Responsabilidad Patrimonial, Cementerio, Consumo, Turismo y Comercio, Medio Ambiente, Agricultura, Ganaderi\u0301a, Aguas de Riego, Recogida de Animales y Participacio\u0301n Ciudadana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y est\u00e1n coordinadas a trav\u00e9s de la <\/span><b>Concejal\u00eda de Comercio, Turismo y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por la <\/span><b>Delegaci\u00f3n de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ayuntamientodebaza.es\/ayuntamiento\/participacion-ciudadana\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la p\u00e1gina web del \u00c1rea<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la persona responsable es:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mari Carmen Gonz\u00e1lez S\u00e1nchez, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concejala de Comercio, Turismo y Participacio\u0301n Ciudadana.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El<\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ayuntamientodebaza.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/reglamento-participacion-ciudadana.pdf\"> Reglamento de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tiene como objetivo la regulaci\u00f3n de las formas, medios y <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">procedimientos de informaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n de los vecinos del municipio de Baza en su papel de instrumento esencial para el desarrollo de pol\u00edticas de proximidad y participaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la regulaci\u00f3n del funcionamiento de las Asociaciones de Vecinos del mismo. Ello de conformidad con lo previsto en la Constituci\u00f3n y las Leyes, y, en concreto, en los art\u00edculos 1, 4.1.a), 18, 24 y 69 al 72 de la Ley 7\/1985, 2 de Abril, Reguladora de las Bases de R\u00e9gimen Local, y 130, 131 y 226-236 del Reglamento de Organizaci\u00f3n, Funcionamiento y R\u00e9gimen Jur\u00eddico de las Entidades Locales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Ayuntamiento cuenta con los siguientes \u00f3rganos de participaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>Consejo Municipal de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00f3rgano permanente de participaci\u00f3n que extiende sus funciones a toda la ciudad, para tratar los asuntos de cualquier sector y que analiza y coordina las actuaciones que afectan a su territorio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la web, se dispone de una secci\u00f3n de quejas y sugerencias, as\u00ed como de acciones informativas sobre participaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informaci\u00f3n actualizada a 30 de abril de 2021 de acuerdo con los datos disponibles en las fuentes indicadas en el texto.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":268,"featured_media":3698,"template":"","tags":[160,521,539],"entity_type":[71],"class_list":["post-3693","entity","type-entity","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tag-ayuntamiento","tag-ayuntamiento-de-baza","tag-baza","entity_type-organismo-publico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
