La ciudad de And\u00fajar se encuentra situada a los pies de Sierra Morena, al oeste de la provincia. Su t\u00e9rmino municipal est\u00e1 incluido en el Parque Natural de las Sierras de And\u00fajar, formaciones de media monta\u00f1a que contienen un verdadero ecosistema mediterr\u00e1neo integrado por masas de encinas, alcornoques, quejigos, pino pi\u00f1onero, robles y matorrales. En \u00e9l habitan numerosas especies faun\u00ed\u00adsticas que le a\u00f1aden un gran valor cineg\u00e9tico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las competencias de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana del <\/span><b>Ayuntamiento de And\u00fajar <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se enmarcan en el <\/span><b>\u00c1rea de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y est\u00e1n coordinadas a trav\u00e9s de la <\/span><b>Concejal\u00eda de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.andujar.es\/areas-municipales\/participacion-ciudadana\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la p\u00e1gina web del \u00c1rea<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la persona responsable es:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Rosa M\u00aa Reche M\u00e1rmol<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Concejala de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Carolina Exp\u00f3sito Porras<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Administrativa del \u00c1rea de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.andujar.es\/fileadmin\/pdfs\/participacion_ciudadana\/reglamento_participacion_ciudadana.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reglamento de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tiene como objeto la regulaci\u00f3n de las normas referentes a las formas, medios y procedimientos de informaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n de las entidades ciudadanas y vecinos en la gesti\u00f3n municipal, as\u00ed como la organizaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento de los \u00f3rganos existentes en los Barrios perif\u00e9ricos, de conformidad a lo establecido en los art\u00edculos 1, 4.1. a): 18, 24 y 69 de la Ley 7\/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de R\u00e9gimen Local y en desarrollo de Reglamento Org\u00e1nico de la Corporaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Ayuntamiento cuenta con los siguientes \u00f3rganos de participaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>La Comisi\u00f3n Mixta de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00f3rgano consultivo deliberante, de discusi\u00f3n y debate, donde se expondr\u00e1n para informe, conocimiento y control los grandes temas de la pol\u00edtica general de la Corporaci\u00f3n y, en concreto, todos aquellos temas de especial relevancia que afecten a las competencias municipales.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Los Consejos Sectoriales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00f3rganos de participaci\u00f3n, informaci\u00f3n, control y propuesta de la gesti\u00f3n municipal referida a los distintos sectores de actuaci\u00f3n en los que el Ayuntamiento tiene competencias.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la web, al margen de una secci\u00f3n de quejas y sugerencias y de acciones informativas sobre participaci\u00f3n, se incluye informaci\u00f3n sobre la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.andujar.es\/areas-municipales\/participacion-ciudadana\/asociaciones\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gu\u00eda de Asociaciones y Subvenciones<\/span><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as\u00ed como los <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.andujar.es\/areas-municipales\/participacion-ciudadana\/presupuestos-participativos\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presupuestos Participativos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informaci\u00f3n actualizada a 27 de abril de 2021 de acuerdo con los datos disponibles en las fuentes indicadas en el texto.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":173,"featured_media":3964,"template":"","tags":[160,486],"entity_type":[71],"class_list":["post-1295","entity","type-entity","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tag-ayuntamiento","tag-ayuntamiento-de-andujar","entity_type-organismo-publico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
